In compliance with Spanish Information Society and Electronic Commerce Act (LSSICE, 34/2002), we inform that the domain ownership of our store, www.aisoy.com, belongs to Aisoy Robotics S.L., a company legally incorporated in Spain with Tax ID number B-85585362 and registered at the Madrid Trade Registry, Volume 26.318, section 8, sheet 131 , page M-474251.

2. Purpose and scope of these Terms.

These general conditions and use are intended to regulate the availability of the information provided in the online www.aisoy.com and commercial transactions that may arise between www.aisoy.com and its domain users.

Browsing the online shop and purchase of any products offered on it, implies the user acceptance without reservations of any kind, of all these general terms and conditions. www.aisoy.com at any time and without previous notification, amend these general terms and conditions, as well as those specific conditions, if any, that may be included, by posting such modifications to the store, in order to they can be acknowledged by users, as well as a record of the date of such modifications.

3. Information provided in the website.

www.aisoy.com reserves the right to modify the commercial offer (products, prices, promotions and other sales and services) filed at any time. We make every effort to provide information in our website that is accurate and free of typographical errors. In case of errors of this type, for reasons beyond our control, it would be corrected as soon as possible. If there is a typographical error in one of the displayed prices and a customer has made a purchase decision based on that error, we will communicate that error and the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase without any cost. Similarly, it is possible that the contents of the website may occasionally show provisional information about certain products. In the event the information provided does not correspond to the product features, the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase without any cost on your part.

4. Intellectual Property and Industrial Property.

All content published in the store, and especially designs, texts, graphics, logos, buttons, icons, software, trade names, trademarks or industrial designs and any other signs susceptible of commercial use are subject to intellectual and industrial property rights owned by www.aisoy.com or third party owners who have duly authorized their inclusion in the website. It is forbidden the introduction for commercial purposes of hyperlinks in any web pages outside www.aisoy.com, qallowing access to our website, without prior consent. In any case, the existence of hyperlinks on external websites does not imply the existence of commercial or trade relationships with the owner of such website, neither the acceptance of its content and services.

5. Liability of www.aisoy.com.

The products included in this website are in compliance with Spanish law. www.aisoy.com liability can not be invoked for products not conforming to the laws of the countries where they have been shipped to according to customer request. Therefore, it is up to the customers located out of Spain to verify the possibility of importing or using those requested products.

The user assumes all liability for the use of our website, accepting sole responsibility for any direct or indirect effect in the website, including, but not limited to, all adverse economic, technical and/or legal results, and disappointment of the expectations generated by our site. The user therefore commits to not hold www.aisoy.com liable for any claims arising directly or indirectly from such actions.

www.aisoy.com is not responsible for any damages that may result from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, faults and/or disconnections in the operation of the system or on hardware property of the users, due to causes unrelated to www.aisoy.com, which prevent or delay the provision of services or browsing through the store, or those delays or blockages in the use caused by deficiencies or overloading of the Internet or other electronic systems or the impossibility of providing service or allow access for reasons not attributable to www.aisoy.com, due to the user, third parties or force majeure. Generally, www.aisoy.com does not control, the use made by users of the website. Under any circumstances we do not guarantee that users make an appropriate and lawful use of the website and the content in accordance with applicable law, the general conditions of use, morality and generally accepted good customs and public order.

6. Obligations of Users and Customers.

In general, the user agrees to comply with these conditions and to meet the special warnings or instructions contained herein or in the website and always act according to law, morality and good faith, using due diligence, and not using the website in any way that may impede, impair or damage the normal functioning, property or rights of www.aisoy.com, suppliers, other general users or any third party. The access to the website it is prohibited to minors without the express consent of their parents, www.aisoy.com is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by the user and therefore user age cannot be verified.

Specifically, and without implying any restriction on the previous section, when using the website www.aisoy.com the user agrees to:

A. Provide accurate information about the requested data in the user registration form or placing an order, and keep it updated.

E. Do not carry out advertising or commercial exploitation through the website, and do not use the information contained in the website to send advertising, or send messages for commercial purposes, or to collect or store personal data of third parties.

F. Do not use false identities or impersonate others in the use of the website or any of its services, including the use of passwords or access codes to third parties or otherwise.

G. Do not destroy, alter, make personal use, misuse or damage data, information, software or electronic documents contained on www.aisoy.com, its suppliers or third parties.

H. Do not enter, store or transmit through the store any content that infringes intellectual property rights, industrial property or trade secrets of others, or in general any content that does not hold, in compliance with the law, the right to make it available to third parties.

The customer agrees to facilitate the delivery of the requested order providing a shipping address where the order requested can be consigned within the usual time of product delivery. Should the customer breach this obligation, www.aisoy.com has no responsibility for the delay or inability to deliver the order requested by the customer.

7. Privacy and data protection.

Our store is hosted on Siteground. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. In compliance with the provisions of the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th, on Personal Data Protection, Aisoy Robotics, S.L. informs its customers that all personal data provided are stored through Siteground’s data storage, databases and the general Siteground application.

The purpose of this file is to manage your contractual relationship with us, as well as promotional activities and advertising coming from us or others, including the use of commercial messages via SMS, email, postal service, etc., that may be of your interest according to the study and segmentation of data collected while browsing the website, the data provided by filling in any form, including those arising from the business relationship or delivery of purchased products.

In compliance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of December 13th, customers and users of www.aisoy.com may at any time exercise their rights of access, modification, cancellation and opposition of their personal data by writing to info @ aisoy dot com, indicating name, username, user email, attaching a photocopy of the user ID card. In the event that the information supplied is related to a purchase, the Spanish legislation enforces us to maintain such information at least six years, consequently it cannot be deleted or modified in spite of the customer request.

In relation to the personal data included in the file, www.aisoy.com is committed to respect its confidentiality and use in accordance with the purpose of the file, and to comply with its obligation to keep it and adopt every measure to prevent alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access, according to the provisions of the Regulation on Security Measures for automated files containing personal data, approved by Royal Decree 994/1999 of July 11.

8. Cookies.

In order to improve your browsing experience, manage the contents of your cart, offer our personal advice, and inform of our offers for online customers or partners, our website uses cookies implantation and IP storage devices. 9. Shipping costs.

Shipping costs and/or management are not included within the price and will be displayed before finalizing your purchase, depending on the shipping address per order. Shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and areas outside the European Union Customs do not include import costs (custom duties), which must be paid by the recipient of the products.

10. Placing orders.

To place an order is necessary to connect to www.aisoy.com, completing the electronic form included in the store and following its instructions. In order to proceed to the purchase, you must add to the cart those products you want to purchase, according to the indications listed on the screen, filling in the order form and validating it.

Prices and offers presented in the website are valid exclusively for online orders placed in www.aisoy.com, and may not match with current prices and offers from other stores.

Order validation implies customer acknowledgement and acceptance of these general trading conditions and terms. Unless proved otherwise, the data recorded by www.aisoy.com constitute a proof of all transactions between www.aisoy.comand their customers. www.aisoy.com will file the electronic document formalizing the agreement and it will be available.

Once the purchase is finished and as soon as possible, always before 24 hours after the execution of the purchase, our Customer Service will send you a proof of purchase by e-mail. If you do not agree with the information provided in the confirmation you can request for modification or contract cancellation.

11. Product Availability.

The products offered on www.aisoy.com are valid as long as the products are visible in the website. If the products are in stock, the delivery will take approximately from 3 to 5 days. In the case we do not have available stock, estimated delivery time may go from 10 to 15 days. In addition to these terms, it has to be added the deadlines that transport operators we work with may require.

In some products, you may observe the words “Coming Soon”. This indicates that the product has not yet gone on sale. Generally, you can place a hold for these products on www.aisoy.com, making sure the purchase of the articles when they are available.

These terms take into consideration only working days, from Monday through Friday, since we do not make expeditions on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays. Delivery times are approximated. In case of stockout or unavailability of any article www.aisoy.com will immediately contact you in order to provide a new deadline or, if not possible to deliver the product, proceed to cancel the order. In any case, a delay in delivery at the indicated periods shall not entitle the customer to demand compensation.

12. Shipping terms and methods.

Products are shipped to the address you provided in the purchase order. In case of placing an order for multiple items with different availability dates, the shipping time will consider the latest available product. In exceptional cases, www.aisoy.com reserves the right to split the order, shipping the available items and leaving pending for a second shipment those items not available. In this case, the second shipment is at no additional cost.

Normally, and unless indicated otherwise, the shipping of your purchase will be carried out by a courier service and delivered within 24/48 hours (Monday through Friday).

In case that your order has been shipped and there is no delivery within 48 hours, please contact our Customer Service at the email: sales @ aisoy dot com.

13. Payment.

The ticket or proof of purchase corresponding to the purchase order will be available and it will be accessible on www.aisoy.com in “My Account”, “Orders”.

A. Credit Card Payment: The buyer agrees to pay at the time of order. To the initial price listed in the website for each of the offered products it will be added the fees for the shipping costs involved. In any case, these fees will be communicated to the buyer before confirming the purchase itself. The buyer must pay the fees for the order by credit card or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and / or other analog cards). The buyer must notify www.aisoy.com of any improper or fraudulent charges related to the credit card used for the purchase, by email or telephone, as soon as possible, in order to www.aisoy.com can take those necessary actions.

B. Payment through Paypal: Paypal payments are also accepted for our customers.

14. Refund rights.

In case after you receive your purchase, you realize that is not what you expected, you can request a refund. Contact our Customer Service at the e-mail: sales @ aisoy dot com, which will send a return authorization to you. The deadline to request a refund is 7 working days from the receipt of the order at the delivery address. You can return the product, via the same courier that proceeded to the delivery, to the address:

We will refund the product price but not the shipping costs involved in the order.

Circumstances that may cause a refund are:

A. If the product you ordered is not what you expected or imagined.

B. Factory defect merchandise: Once www.aisoy.com receives the defective product, a new one will be provided instead. In this case the exchange will always take place for the same item or reference. You will only be charged for the first shipment and www.aisoy.com will take charge of the freight for return and the new shipment. If you decide to make an exchange for another item, the cost of return and new shipment will not be assumed by www.aisoy.com

C. Those products that, by mistake, do not correspond to the order: www.aisoy.com will assume the costs of collection and delivery of the wrong product corresponding to the order placed.

D. If the product is a gift, it can be exchanged in case the product has not been unsealed, and provided in proper conditions. The purchase can never be refunded but it can be exchanged for an item with a similar or higher price. Shipping costs and the price difference, if any, shall be charged to the person making the exchange.

In case of return:

A. Prior notification is needed to our Customer Service: This step is essential whatever the reason is for the return. You can do so by sending an email to sales @ aisoy dot com. Subsequently, we will provide further indications about the procedure.

B. The item to be returned must be properly packed in the original packaging. The packaging must be in perfect condition and include all accessories and manuals to be returned.

15. Product Warranty.

The warranty period for all products, unless otherwise indicated, is one year, although it does not include defects caused by neglect, beatings, misuse, tampering, improper installation, materials worn by use (filters, brushes, batteries, etc.),etc. In case of a defect caused by misuse, repairment may be billed. In those events that justify the use of the warranty, it will be opted for repair, article replacement, price reduction or refund, in the terms established by law. www.aisoy.com will accept exchange or return as long as:

A. The customer has previously informed our Customer Service: This step is essential whatever the reason is for the product return. You can do so by sending an email to sales @ aisoy dot com. Then, we will provide further indications about the procedure.

B. The products properly conserve their factory sealing: We do not accept returns of unsealed items in the case of discs, CD’s, Software and DVD’s.

C. The article to be returned must be properly packaged. The packaging must be in perfect condition and include all accessories and manuals.

D. Returns of customized products specifically requested to www.aisoy.com(adaptations, articles on demand) will not be accepted.

16. Refunds.

Refund will be done through the payment method used at the time of the purchase.

www.aisoy.com will not proceed to any refund or new shipment of any product until the receipt and the conditions of the packaging have been verified. The refund will be the price originally contained in the order, excluding shipping costs, which will only be refunded in case that www.aisoy.com is responsible for the cause of returning the product. Once verified the proper conditions of the returned product, www.aisoy.com will proceed to the refund within next 30 days.

17. Applicable Law.

Submission to Jurisdiction.

All purchases made on www.aisoy.com are submitted to Spanish legislation. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation or application of these contract terms, the relevant Courts will be those established in the applicable law with regard to competent jurisdiction, in the case of final consumers, the place of performance of the obligation or the domicile of the buyer.

In the event that the buyer is domiciled outside Spain, or the buyer is a company, both parties are subject to the Courts of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
